Imagine waiting on your flight to depart to the beautiful island
of Jamaica when out of nowhere, customs officers close in on you from
all directions. Well, that's exactly what happened to Davanon Anthony
Hopkins.
Hopkins was arrested in July at Baltimore International Airport on an outstanding warrant stemming from a second degree assault charge out of Prince Georges County, MD. After verifying the warrant, Hopkins was turned over for prosecution.
A detainer was placed on Hopkins, who is a permanent resident of the U.S., ensuring he is included in further immigration processing.
