Clinton O. Campbell, a Jamaican, was arrested by New York State Police during a traffic stop on March 17. After a positive ID check they realized 39 year old Campbell was driving on a suspended license.
Upon further investigation 100 pounds of marijuana was discovered in his vehicle.
Campbell was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the First Degree (a Class C Felony). He was arraigned and remanded to Orange County jail. Campbell will reappear in the Town of Goshen at a later date.
